PDM’s Client Websites Accessibility

Premier District Management takes website accessibility seriously. In 2022, we began to use 3rd party compliance software to test our client-CDD websites for ADA accessibility, and adopted a policy of quarterly testing. Additionally, we loaded the UserWay screen reader widget to all the client sites. In January of 2024, in response to changes in Florida State guidelines, we updated website compatibility from WCAG 2.1 to WCAG 2.2 guidelines. Complying with ADA law and conforming to mandated guidelines is important to allow all CDD residents access to community information, and also protects the Districts from potential liabilities. PDM’s forward-thinking and timely monitoring of and compliance with the changes in law is another example of what sets us apart from other management firms.
