We will assign a Field Manager to manage your assets to ensure they are maintained and you always have an understanding of the condition of both the Districts current and long term needs and concerns. This will be communicated through a regularly scheduled inspection with a detailed written report on all assets the District is responsible for. Specifically our Field Management Services will manage the following:

• All Districts permits that are issued
• Project contracts
• Complaint responses
• Storm water systems
• Lakes and other waterways environmental condition
• Oversee contractor performance
• Invasive plant control
• Preserve’s and conservation areas
• Roadways including sidewalks
• All CDD owned buildings and property
